New Construction Clean-Up

New construction is messy! Even once the home or office is finished, the dust and debris seem to be never ending. And then there's the deadlines for open house, escrow and showings that cause even more stress. The goal is to get the house sold, but sometimes those loose ends can be daunting. We can remove the window labels, vacuum the window tracks, clean the windows and sills, and vacuum or clean the cabinets and drawers (paying special attention to the area below the bottom drawer where saw dust collects). We use soft rags to wipe down every surface from the doors, bookshelves, baseboards, and trim to the moulding, countertops, windowsills, tops of doors, fireplace mantles, and staircase rails. We can also clean the showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, bathrooms and kitchen areas. We look for stubborn adhesives that need to be removed and rinse and polish all porcelain surfaces. We can clean windows, mirrors, mop floors, vacuum out the ductwork with a vacuum hose, wipe the electrical outlet covers, gently wipe the chandeliers and light fixtures, and clean or sweep out the garage.
